Recognition of the Emirates Down Syndrome Association (EDSA) in the “Incentive Program” as one of the most distinguished civil organizations

Her Excellency Hessa bint Essa Buhumaid, Director-General of the Community Development Authority in Dubai, recognized Emirates Down Syndrome Association for its exceptional contributions, as part of the initiative to support public benefit institutions in line with the Dubai Social Agenda 2033 and sustainable social development goals.
The association was awarded in the Diamond category as one of the leading institutions contributing to enhancing the quality of life for people of determination and for its excellence in providing exceptional services to them.
Dr. Manal Jaroor, Chairperson of EDSA, expressed her gratitude for the recognition and extended heartfelt thanks to the Authority for the ” Incentive ” program in its first edition, which aims to motivate distinguished public benefit institutions. She emphasized the association’s commitment to upholding quality standards, fostering innovation, and continually developing in line with the objectives of the Dubai Social Agenda 2033.
Dr. Jaroor added, “We take immense pride in this recognition, which brings us great joy. It marks a significant milestone and a shining moment in the history of the association.”
For her part, Mrs. Nawal Al Nasser, Vice Chairperson of EDSA, stated that the association’s continuous efforts and attention to the quality of services provided have contributed to achieving a positive impact on people of determination and their families, reflecting the success of institutional work that aligns with the country’s aspirations.
Ms. Salma Kanan, CEO of EDSA, expressed her happiness with this recognition and emphasized the sustainable impact of the association’s projects and initiatives, which look to the future and promote equal opportunities
